First step is to relax

Get in control, be positive and assure yourself that you know how to deal with this situation and you are not in danger. It is very critical to transmit these positive messages to your mind. It will help you to relax and bring down the level of stress and anxiety.

Finally you have accept your condition.

If you admit the condition that what you are going through is just a repeating panic or anxiety attack, so it will be easier for you to adopt a better cares in the future.

If your mind has recognized the truth that this is an anxiety attacks, so you are able to plan a strategy on how to cope yourself when you get attack the next time.

When you have the strategy on how to relieve yourself from the anxiety attack should it happen again next time, you would also find that you could minimize the condition that would trigger the attack.

Besides any strategy that you have prepared, don’t leave the professional advice from your doctor or some other professionals in the field.
